It was my first time using Tide Cleaners. I appreciated the drive-thru convenience and the same-day turnaround time. However, I was actually very surprised at the service price for one unembellished formal dress, which was $56. It had one small stain and that was about it. Being a transplant from a city that regularly cleans formal gowns due to ongoing cultural events, I'm used to more reasonable prices even for dresses that are way more labor intensive because of sequins, rhinestones, etc. For me, it's easier to take my gowns back there.

Fabulous staff, especially the morning lady. Her Customer service is top notch and she's so happy all the time. Luv the drive thru service also!!! Most of all, it's so convenient being right down the street from St.Thomas High School ?.

Excellent service as always - both Memorial Drive and Colquitt/Shepherd locations have super friendly service and do a great job at both dry cleaning and wash and fold. I gave them so much work after Beryl and came back 100% perfect!
