I recently had an amp installed by Best Buy. They had my car for 7 hours. Toward the end of the day, they called and said the amp was installed, but my car wouldn’t start. I had to get my car towed to the dealership for repairs. Best Buy damaged my car’s computer, which cost me over $2,000 to fix. When I got my car back from the dealership, the sound system wasn’t working at all.
I called Thunder Audio, and they were able to work on my car the next day.
Thunder Audio fixed Best Buy’s mistake and had my car back to me within just a few hours.

This is an awesome, kind, professional business man. I would refer anyone to come to him. I’ve been coming here for years, since I had a problem in 2014 with a Lexus I had, which balance kept messing up my headlights. He always was honest, fair, and had reasonable prices for his labor and merchandise. I’m here now in 2024, after purchasing a car from Mike Calvert only 2 months ago and screen goes out where I cannot turn on the air. They will not do anything for me. I came to thunder sound and without charging me anything, fixed the car to where my a/c at least works. My husband died during this time, so the difficulty in dealing with all this at the same time is unbearable.... read full review

This place is great to get your device calibrated. They have fast service and no wait time. The workers are very friendly and can help assist with any of your needs. I highly recommend!
