Had a great visit with Thrive The Heights yesterday. My German Shepherd mix, Axel, was having GI issues and wasn't feeling himself. Ashley the technician was very good with him and quickly made him feel very comfortable. Both Ashley and Dr. Z took their time and listened to all of our concerns and questions. The lobby and exam room was very nice, clean, and even smelled good. Overall a great experience. We will definitely be back!
Dr Smolik is always excellent, a caring professional, who takes the time to listen and explain what is happening. He has been seeing our small dog for almost 5 years and we don’t go anywhere else
The service here is prompt, friendly, and amazing! I come here for annual vaccinations for my cat Oliver and the staff are great. They made sure his appointment was very comfortable and quick, and he definitely loved the attention from all the techs visiting him! It's reassuring to know that the people working here genuinely love and care about animals.
I will say that it's not the most affordable option (at least to my knowledge for routine vaccinations), but the guaranteed service + convenience + quality makes it worth it for me.
