I enjoyed the ease of participation, and learned about how to engage with different body types while defending myself. Great instructors, and it's an inclusive space. Highly recommend for any level!
I dropped in at this gym while visiting town. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming. It’s a great gym environment. I definitely recommend checking them out, and I’ll be dropping in again next time I’m in Houston.
Awesome school ....small classes and the instructor focuses on detail. It's one of the most quality schools in Houston. Perfect for learning self defense or fine tuning your skills.
