This place doesn’t like to pay the bonuses that they offer you to do the EXTRA WORK’! I’ve been trying to get my money from them for over 3 months they give you empty promise to get u to go OUT YOUR WAY TO DO MORE WORK AND THEN WANT TO ACCUSE YOU OF STEALING AFTER THEIR INVESTIGATION EVEN WHEN THEY FOUND OUT THEIR CLIENT WAS LYING!

"Recognized for precision wellness and cognitive health platform and integrated partnerships with premier healthcare organizations." belies the reality of this agency. I was attracted to this agency because of the innovative educational approach and focus on nutrition boldly promoted on the Home Care Assistance website. The reality- due diligence is a must with this agency. Caregivers arrived at unscheduled and unannounced times for initial interviews. Intake supervisors/salespersons unable to complete a care plan after initial evaluation.despite repeated requests. Caregivers are unlicensed, uncertified , despite initial information, and do not document or communicate concerns regarding medication noncompliance. A security camera was helpful to ensure accurate timesheet hours and billing due to caregiver leaving early.Due diligence and repeated communication necessary to ensure that family member received the personalized care needed.Ongoing caregiver education needed to ensure that the Home Care Assistance Holdings LLC, is not simply a well designed website but a service agency that benefits caregivers and their clients.

Amazing services at standard rates. I personally worked with Angela. I called her on a Thursday night and had daily care set up by Friday morning. She was attentive to our needs, and accommodating to our situation throughout, even as that situation changed. You're already under pressure when a loved one is leaving the hospital, Home Care services alleviates a lot of that burden. They helped out our family, and I would recommend them to anyone. Again, I really liked Angela, so if you get her, you're in good hands!

We, Maids in Service, have been cleaning for Home Care Assistance for about a year now and Ms. Vernita has given us a very unique experience. She doesn't treat us as the cleaning staff, but as family. She really cares about people and we highly recommend her and her staff at this location. She can be proud to use the word "care", because she really cares about others!

Home Care Assistance is the gold standard for senior care services. Vernita was wonderful and really take time to know her clients and understand their needs to help make sure they are not only met, but exceeded. Highly recommended!
