So I really don't do this but my experience today was extremely upsetting. My appointment was 2:35. I arrived 5 mins early. 3:20 I am still not in the chair. I understand things happen however I wasn't told how much longer I would be waiting or anything. I just sat there no apology until after the fact. I did receive my deposit back however that does not make up for gas or the time spent driving an hour to get my hair done. Not to mention searching to book someone else. It goes without saying I won't be back but I wanted to share my experience anyway.

Yasmine and her assistant took very good care of me. Yasmine is very knowledgeable when it comes to hair care. I received a Silk Press and Color. It came out beautiful. I AM SO PLEASED!! I absolutely love my hair!! The ambiance in her salon was very welcoming and relaxing. I was referred to Yasmine Collection by a friend and I will definitely refer her to others if asked. Thank you Yasmine Collection for taking care of my hair.
