As a first time customer at the woodhouse spa I absolutely had an amazing experience. From the moment I walked in to the moment I left everything was pleasant. The front desk lady showed me around, gave me directions on where to go and served a delicious mimosa. The personal touch of my name on my locker was exciting for me because I really felt it set the tone for the care i was about to receive. I love the decorations and the ambience of the quiet room. I was called in for both my appointments exactly on time. Kristyns hands felt like smooth butter creme on my skin, it was heavenly. The pressure was exactly how I liked and she made sure to ask me for my preferences. The only minor detail which could use some help is the clicking noise which I believe was coming from the lock on the door or some kind of locking sensor. It was a little distracting but nothing serious. For my facial I loved how promptly Jordan started and her handle of my skin with extractions was gentle and bearable. The facial itself was exactly how it's called ,very very hydrating! My face felt like a cloud. In both services I really loved the aromatic deep breaths I was asked to take. That feels so refreshing and I enjoyed that special treatment. I hung out a little while longer by the cozy fire place in the quiet room and had another mimosa before I had to leave. It was the perfect ending to my Birthday spa day! I would love to come back again!

I had the best massage I’ve ever had today at Woodhouse Spa! This was followed by an amazing body detox session like no other! I highly recommend this spa to anyone looking to treat themselves.
