Best strength training in Houston. Classes are all excellent, has transformed my body! Instructors including but not limited to: Thomas, Riley, Maggie, Maddie and Christina are truly excellent! Managers Nicole and James are super helpful and everyone at the front desk including Taylor and Caroline are super awesome.
Today was my first time trying a workout at Barry’s! I had heard about it over the years but finally got the chance to check it out with a friend of mine. We took the Run X Lift Class: Chest, Back, & Abs with Riley. It was a tough but fun class and pretty fast paced! I’ve taken Riley’s classes before at a different studio recently, and she was my favorite instructor! I commend personal trainers and fitness instructors across the board, because what they do is not easy. It’s part of the package but it’s not easy to be “on” all the time either. First Barry’s class = success!! 🔥 The combo of intense sprints and strength training was such a fun (and definitely challenging) way to start my day. Coach Christina brought ALL the energy and made it such a vibe! I was a little nervous going in since I’m not a runner, but I kept up and actually loved it!!
