The clinic itself is great (Dr. Cagle, Darien, Megan and all other staff are amazing), but my experience with Dr. Hanlon Song was not.
I told her my dog’s medications were not working, and instead of listening, she dismissed it because he “seemed fine” during the visit. That logic is flawed and lacks clinical sense; chronic issues don’t disappear just because they aren’t happening in that exact moment.
It came across as dismissive and lacking real consideration of my concerns. I left feeling unheard.
I would recommend the clinic, but I strongly suggest avoiding Dr. Song.

Amazing vet clinic, that has shown a great amount of care and above and beyond concern for our dogs. For as long as we are in Houston, we will continue to come to Dr. Cagle and the team here

Dr. Cagle, Dr. Song, and honestly the entire team are always so attentive, educative, responsive, and genuinely trustworthy. They’ve not only helped my pup Olive, but they’ve also become such a helpful resource for food suggestions, budget-friendly yet safe and healthy recommendations, and so much more. I truly can’t say enough wonderful things about them. I, without a doubt, recommend trusting your fur baby in their care.
