I LOVED my first experiences at The Upper Hand-River Oaks. The ambiance and location are great. Klaudia did my color and it is fabulous! Kirk followed with the best cut I’ve had in years. I showed him a picture of a haircut I like, and because the texture of the model’s hair and my hair are quite different he customized the look for my hair and my face. I love it and will be going back!
So very happy with the haircut I got today including color from Kirk!!!! I was really looking at it once I got home, it brightened up my face. I love the cut how he’s straightened everything out so it can grow a whole lot more straighter. The Bob is more aligned. I love it very great service!!!!! First time at the salon- great vibe and service! Jenny Shyu - master stylist and colorist. Listened closely to what was important to me and then gave me a beautiful cut with a full set of highlights. Love it! Will definitely be back.
