My daughters and I went to the spa today and while our massage therapists were amazing, the front office was rude. We brought a change of clothes and makeup and wanted to leave a bag in our lockers, after our service, while we had lunch at Bloom and Bee. We were told we had to “vacate” the spa and our locker after our services were over. There are a hundred lockers there so I hardly believe they’d need three lockers in that two hours we needed to have lunch in THEIR hotel. We felt unwelcome and don’t care to go back.And the valet service was terrible. We waited 15 minutes for our car and after I asked, they said it was parked nearby but they never brought it...read full review
Excellent Spa, super masseuses, good people.. I am surprised to read ugly comments from the masseuses and I do not approve of those comments // the masseuses are very self-sacrificing, it is painful to see how some people speak badly of a beautiful Spa and its inhabitants, I am a masseuse at fiori spa le I give the spa 10 stars or more Happy December 25 Merry Chrismas that was my Opinion, that of a Cubanaso.
Angelique was amazing! I went midday, so there weren’t many people there. Everyone was extremely nice, and everything was well kept. My massage was fantastic and the shower afterwards… I didn’t want to leave. Will definitely be back! Soon…
