I started at The Perfect Workout about a year ago. Previously, I trained with a traditional personal trainer for over 10 years with limited results because I didn't realize how much I could improve my strength, posture, and energy. The Perfect Workout offers a consistent approach with multiple trainers and convenient scheduling across various locations. For the past four months, Lin has been my trainer at the Houston Wesleyan location - she is excellent and pushes me to a comfortable yet challenging workout. I wholeheartedly endorse The Perfect Workout; as it has significantly improved my life at 68 years old.

I have been going to the Perfect Workout for fifteen months now , twice a week consistently, only missing when occasionally out of town , and I am stronger and more flexible as I head towards my 67rh birthday, than ever before! When I first started , my whole body would cramp , legs , feet , hips especially , and now as I stretch and work harder , no more cramps ! I’ve lost weight and inches and gained a little muscle all while working out with David . David is professional, knowledgeable, kind and encouraging. I have been going to The Perfect Workout River Oaks for over 4 years now. I started with Liz and now train with Rick, and both are amazing trainers. I am in my late 40's, and coming here has given me my life back after struggling through many years of serious health issues. My strength and flexibility have improved exponentially, and my workouts keep me active and pain free so that I can enjoy my young and energetic children. Despite lifting very heavy weights, I never worry about injury as these trainers are extremely knowledegable and help me to perfect my form.
