The Maids did their best with an impossible task of cleaning a trashed apartment. They did a fabulous job! I would absolutely recommend them. They were easy to work with and communicate with.
Very nice staff, efficient, affordable.
I used the Maids after getting new flooring installed. I asked that they pay special attention to the baseboards due to having tile removed. I noticed a lot of debris left on my baseboards after they were finished cleaning (a surprising amount). I texted the owner with six pictures showing the issue and to my surprise she did not respond to my text or call. I was pretty disappointed being that it was a very pricey job and there was absolutely no follow up at all or concern about the quality issue I presented to her after completion.Update: The response below is untrue.
