I had a positive experience getting a lash lift here. The technician, Thi, was very gentle throughout the process. The desk receptionist is very responsive and polite. Great customer service all around.
Jasper was amazing with my lashes. I was a first time customer and he talked me through what he would be doing, aftercare and measuring of my lashes, so I could figure out how long I wanted them. Carmen was fabulous and very knowledgeable of the products and explained what I should expect from my experience. I would recommend The Lash Lounge and Jasper 100%. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
The peace, friendliness, and professionalism at this lash lounge have convinced me to finally commit to being a returning member. Quy's work is SO precise and natural-looking--I always come out feeling like a princess in her soft-girl era when she's dolled up my lashes (Hybrid, level 2). Not to mention, she is also so sweet, has a calm energy, and a very gentle hand; I always end up knocking out a couple times during my session. ? Definitely looking forward to my next appointment!
