This was my very first time getting a Brazilian wax, I was nervous as heck but Kayla was AMAZING!!! Her suite is sooo cute and it smelled so good, when I walked in I really felt at ease! She talked me through the whole thing and she’s hilarious as hell. We were laughing and talking the whole time! When I tell you I was smooth…I was smooth I felt like a new woman! The pain wasn’t that bad honestly. Yes it did hurt but I would give it a 4.5 out of 10. I’ve only had 3 waxes (including today’s) in the past 2 years. Today was the absolute best waxing experience. She used soft wax so the pain was way more tolerable! We laughed and talked as if we met before. The lights made me feel relaxed and I was so nervous but with her I honestly felt very comfortable. It’s scary trying to find a waxed that doesn’t traumatize you from hot wax, hard wax, rushing you out, or even just taking your money. Thank you for your hospitality and actually caring about your clients!?
I had a wonderful waxing experience at the Krazy Kat Lady! Kayla was fantastic - friendly, professional, and very skilled. She made me feel comfortable throughout the entire appointment, and we had great conversation which helped to take my mind off things. I also appreciated that she was very knowledgeable about different waxing techniques and products, and her space was welcoming and calming with great music. Overall, I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a relaxing and positive waxing experience
