Thanks to Abby, my experience was refreshing! She greeted me upon entry. She was super polite and soft spoken. Her directions were clear. The space was nice and clean, I enjoyed every minute of it. I am sore today so I activated some muscles that hadn't been used in a while lol.

I am visiting and found the Atrium Yoga studio close to where I am staying. The studio is lovely. It’s on the second floor and has an elevator for anyone who is in need as well as a very well lit, comfortable Atmosphere.

Jen is amazing! Her presentation and chair yoga session for our organizational manager's meeting was top notch. I love her down-to-earth presence and relatability. Plus, she was very prepared with expertly created materials to help us better understand and tweak our own personal narrative. It's her second time presenting for our company and I thoroughly enjoyed both times.
