Great experience from start to finish staff was very prompt and courteous saw Dr. Butt for eye examination and she was on point as usual and has a great personality and very pleasant to speak with, also i met with Meki who is also very engaging with a great personality and pleasant to speak with she is the best at helping with eye glass selection with,detailed information about your eyeglasses and prescription thank you
This is my local TSO location and I must say that the level of professionalism the staff shows is top teir. I, along with my family members, struggle with our eye sight. Now I have to acknowledge Dr. Butt and Christina that work at this location. I knew my eye sight was bad but I was unaware how bad until I went and had Dr. Butt check my eye sight. Dr. Butt and Christina made sure to address my concerns and reassured me that I was in good hands. When I picked up my frames and tried them on, all I could do was cry happy tears. Texas State Optical Of Champions is a very good Optometrist office with great staff. The office is easy for me to access and has ample parking. The office is very clean and well maintained and the level of eye exam you can get here is very comprehensive.
I've been coming here for a couple of years now and don't plan on changing up as long as they are at this location with the quality staff that they have.
