wow..look at the other reviews. do they look even remotely real.. i got scammed .. 500k loan turned into 550k. loan that was supposed to include no payments for a year.. that all started as a 20year 6% approved up untill shady closing.. they are as shady as thier reviews. legendary motor cars. taken by fraud

*Approach With Caution* ~ Larissa the young lady who handles documents - Unprofessional. Being a seasoned 31 year practicing Attorney, she spoke to me as if I was a panhandler on the street. Now when I finish with the Secretary of State on this company who’s been sitting unnecessarily on a deed for 20 plus years. I intend to chime in on the lack of monoterum reviews of files which obviously is not happening. Any good legal representation would be aiding them on a better file review system. ~ Worse thing anyone can do is challenge someone who advocates and master due diligence. Larissa your statement regarding ‘ not offering customer services’ ….You’re lacking so bad in that area, guess that’s is why you didn’t leave a voicemail with imaginary call nor did you write down my email when originally provided on 4/22/2024. Then I get a call from an Arrogant Owner… I just love it when my young sounding voice MISLEAD people. ~ Now I get show the extended education and power?

Have used this company in the past. A simple Google search to verify address they gave me so I didn't get lost or misdirected. Larissa was very friendly and knowledgeable. She was the only one I worked with and appreciated her honesty and skill. Would definitely recommend and use again.

I have never been one to bash a person or company. Now, here we have a uber driver that is clearly unhappy and unprofessional sham on you uber driver! Find a real job! Maybe you would be a happier person. I will keep you in my prayers. I would most definitely recommend Texas funding to all I come across. For there hard work professionalism and excellent customer service.
