I had a flat tire and called Texas Best Towing to help tow my car to the nearest tire shop. From the moment I called, their communication was excellent. They were very responsive and kept me updated the entire time with text messages letting me know they were 15 minutes away, then 10 minutes away, which I really appreciated. Emmanuel, the driver who assisted me, was extremely kind, professional, and courteous. He made a stressful situation much easier and handled everything smoothly and professionally.
The only reason I’m mentioning this is to help others be aware beforehand — the service was a bit pricey for a relatively short distance. I was charged $149 for a local tow that was only a few miles total. I agreed to the price, and the service itself was excellent, but I do think it’s helpful for customers to know in advance. Overall, great customer service, fast response time, excellent communication, and a very professional experience. Thank you again to Emmanuel and the Texas Best Towing team!

Poor communication. Scheduled a service the day before. I had to keep calling to get an ETA and the trip ended up getting canceled. I get things happen but the fact I was getting no messages or calls about it is what got me mad.

I have to say these guys car through for me and my family today! Stuck out in the rain w a broke down sprinter van with small children. We got a tow to the dealership, everyone was safe. Both young men today were very polite and professional. Appreciate all the help.
