Daniel always shows up on time and always does a fantastic job. He’s thorough and very professional. Once he leaves my property, he makes sure that my back yard is secured. He’s always professional and friendly.

I give Oscar Garcia 5 stars because he is communicative, prompt, detail-oriented, and pleasant. I give Terminix as a company lower stars....closer to 3 because in general they did not communicate well and would schedule and not show. I no longer use their services because of the history of frustrations, yet Oscar was very pleasant to work with on a warranty inspection.

Darius Walker is my absolute favorite tech! He always come with a positive and delightful attitude along with providing excellent customer service. He patiently listens to my concerns and diligently provides a resolution. We need more techs like Darius at Terminix!
