What I experienced with Mr. Houston:- Diagnosed Issue and Inspection- Detailed Explanations On Issue, Repair, and Prevention On Further Damage- Helps Find Affordable Parts- Provided Tips To Increase PC Performance- Great WorkmanshipI had no power issue on my gaming pc and was easily repaired within an hour. Mr. Houston helped find a PSU online at the nearest Best Buy on sale. I could have saved money by replacing the part myself, but after how much effort he put in, it was better to pay for his services. Great experience and HIGHLY recommend! He is very professional and honest in what he does!

I had a great experience at this place! After calling around I saw that this company, ran by a knowledgeable business owner named Andrew, gave me the price of only 35 dollars to get RAM that I bought, installed. Other companies around were trying to overprice their services by more than 3 times his quote! Not only did he do it in only 20 minutes but he also was able to show me things about this gaming laptop that I never knew before and now have the knowledge of! He clearly went above and beyond so I tipped him as well for being honest and for extra information.
