Char'meka was an absolute gem. She is so proficient, personable and knowledgeable of the company and procedures. Onboarding was painless with her assistance. It was a nice change to work with someone as a new hire and not feel out of a place even in the introductory phase. I look forward to my time as a member of the Team Select staff in large part due to her.

Giving a 5 star for their effort! I will give it to Team Select, it does appear that they try and find the right match for an individual. My only issue with SOME of the nurses they have sent to my home, are they are lazy or just incompetent. I think they feel that their environment is very relaxing here in the home and they tend to get just to relaxed and neglect the patient. I am trying to hang in there until they are able to find a nurse that doesn't mind working, that is competent, and has a genuine love for nursing.
