I have been a long-time customer of this location (20+ years), but recently have been grossly disappointed with the customer service. There never seems to be a receptionist to handle arrivals and departures, and the phone is constantly ringing, causing my stylist to excuse themselves mid-cut to answer multiple phone calls. Very frustrating.

I had the Best haircut here. I'm going to travel back here for my haircut because no one seem to be able to cut hair anywhere I tried. Tried in Northwest Houston & Tomball!!!! I'll stick to this salon because they know how to cut my hair perfectly. I give them a 5 star rating.Service: Haircut

Cory was amazing. He took the time to give me a great haircut, I'm starting to lose my hair and he did a great showing me different ways to style my hair without combing it over. Thanks! I'll see you next time I need a trim!Services: Haircut
