Such a beautiful place! There are other saunas, but Sudor is just luxurious and gorgeous. I love the simple, modern, natural aesthetic. I'm so glad to have added this to my weekly routine. It's a great way to recover after a good workout, a rough week at work, or just to find your center and rebalance. Bring water, preferably with electrolytes. You're gonna sweat! They have a filtered water station and have electrolytes available for purchase, along with other accoutrements to enhance your visit. This is my fourth time here. I wanted to first thank you for existing. If it weren't for Sudor, I would not have recovered faster from my back injury from a bad car accident. Sudor provided me with a better option than taking steroid shots and other invasive treatments.
At the same time, Sudor really knows how to select a great team. Everyone there has been super friendly and accommodating.
