The first visit is $25 for one hour, and rooms come equipped with a sauna, TV, towels, and a small fridge. Showers are clean and provide shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Guests can control the lighting, temperature, and session time, with 45 minutes allocated for each visit. Sudor also offers rosemary, eucalyptus, and lavender scented chilled towels in mini-fridges to cool off after sessions. I love this place! Yesterday was my first visit and also my first time to do a cold plunge, which felt amazing! Of course, cold at first, but then was so revitalizing and my body felt so good after. This place smells good as soon as you walk in and is very clean. The front desk lady was super sweet and welcoming. I will definitely be back!
This is a great place to go for self-care. Infrared saunas will give you a great sweat and detox, and this is one of the best places in Houston to go to. I feel healthier and my skin looks better (for reference, I have a membership and I go several times a month). I would suggest taking short breaks during each session every 15 minutes or so. They provide complimentary towels for each session (one for you to sit on, and one for you to use to dry off afterwards), as well as a cold face towel to cool you down. You have privacy in your own room to change. You can connect your phone to the bluetooth and play music in your own individual room, without disturbing anyone else....read full review
Sudor is such a gem in Houston! The space was incredibly clean and inviting, which made the whole experience so relaxing. Koura was amazing! She made us feel right at home and truly elevated the visit with her kindness and attention to detail. The infrared sauna was fantastic, and finishing with the cold plunge made us feel so refreshed and alive. We will definitely be coming back! Highly recommend!
