I went to Restore for a Hyperbaric Chamber session following surgery. The receptionist was friendly and greeted me immediately upon arrival. She explained the process and had me complete the intake forms.

Restore was an overall fantastic experience! I was able to be seen as a walk-in, which I find very rare at most wellness studios. The sauna was very private and relaxing and you are able to change the color of the lighting for different benefits. The cryotherapy chamber is very unique because it allows up to 4 people, so you could go with some friends and have a little dance party! I appreciate when wellness employees are passionate and knowledge about how each service aids our bodies and Brad was very informative and helpful! Would highly recommend. Very relaxing atmosphere!
