We've been using these guys for years. They are trustworthy and always provide great service. Our most recent experience was third week in January 2026 on the Saturday morning before our first freeze is forecasted. We awoke and our heating unit was not working. I emailed Strong Tower and within minutes, Josh called me asking about the problem. Upon explaining the circumstances, he immediately asked if anyone had been in my attic. As it turned out, a hot water heater repairman was in the attic the day before. Josh had me go up in the attic and look for a switch. Strong Tower did an exceptional job! They have repaired/replaced both our AC systems in our warehouses. They are our go to AC & Heating company. Josh and Adam are very knowledgeable and honest. Thanks for the great job!

Have used them before on other properties and they have always done a great job so we called them for a new site. They were able to work us in the same day. Came out, found the issue, checked everything else to be sure units were working properly. Technician was professional and pricing was fair!
