About Storm Tight Windows of Texas
Storm Tight Windows of Texas has been serving the Houston area since 2004, offering high-quality replacement windows and doors designed to enhance the beauty and energy efficiency of homes. Many customers have found their windows to be very satisfactory, noting a reduction in energy bills and praising the professionalism of the sales and installation teams. The company ensures that its products are durable and come with a lifetime guarantee.
However, some customers have expressed concerns regarding the financing options provided through Medallion Bank, highlighting issues with customer service and unexpected loan complications. Additionally, potential clients have noted that the sales process can be lengthy, including presentations that may feel overwhelming, especially for those seeking quick estimates.
Despite these criticisms, several reviews emphasize the overall quality of the products and the professionalism of the staff, making Storm Tight Windows of Texas a notable choice for home improvement needs in the greater Houston area.
Reviews
The windows are very satisfactory and have cut down on our energy bills. However I caution anyone who is interested in their financing with Medallion bank to check their reviews before you take out a loan with them. Their rating is a 2.3 which is probably high bc you have to give them a 1 to post a review. My automatic EFT was turned off by the bank without my permission or knowledge. therefore I missed several payments bc I was unaware of this which caused my promotion to be cancelled and the interest was charged to my loan even though I was going to pay it off in full. No customer service was helpful. I am reporting them to the attorney General for fraudulent practices. I suggest storm tight windows get a new finance company for your customers.
We did not end up doing business, however, I’m leaving a review for Steven. He was very straightforward and took the time to listen to our needs/wants. He was nice and attentive. If we were to do business with this company, I would 100% want to do it with him.
