Wow! What can say but thank you! My experience with Steward and Stevenson was amazing! I first went into the service lobby and was greeted by all the service advisors as I started to ask some questions about my MCI J4500 bus. As always, when I have to go to this facility, I get top notch service and they treat their customers with respect. I know they're gonna do a good job on my truck and that's why they get my business.
Have some issues with my truck and came in to get serviced, unfortunately because of the situation with my truck we were unable to do business together. However, Steven, Caitlin, and the service manager Matt were very professional, very informative, and provided me with excellent customer service. Even though we could not do business, I parted with a lot of knowledge about the situation with my truck. Thank you guys, and hopefully we can do business in the future.
