great service but cannot figure out how to have my insurance cover their therapy so I was sent an outrageous billl. I called my insurance to figure out why then called Sterling to tell them how to fix it, and they never do. it's absolutely ridiculous and they never return my calls.

Has Been a client at Sterling Physical Therapy since 2015 of and on. Dr. Carter and his staff makes you feel makes you feel so comfortable weather you're a first time client or you've been there before. They are very understanding if you you have to change your appointment for any reason and always will to reschedule you for any reason.. God's Blessings to Dr. Sterling Carter and staff

Sterling therapy is one of the best places to go for any Physical Therapy. I have been in a dreadful state with nerve damage for many years. I have seen more Drs than I can count for severe pain and nerve damage that has caused my legs not to function properly and has prevented me from walking without a walker or cane at all times. I have had many different therapists through the years and nothing helped. My family Dr, Dr Waxali, recommend Sterling Therapy for another try. So I took her advice and couldn't be happier. I have a long way to go, however this physical rehab is really taking it on with real concern and care. All the therapists have been tremendously helpful... read full review
