Danica is an absolute angel.
My backpack had fallen into a pile of vomit; I needed to wash it, even though I don’t live here. Not only did she offer me emotional support and empathy; when the app failed and wouldn’t let me complete the transaction, she offered me coins (and soap) so that it could get started.
She even offered to transfer it to the dryer for me so that I could leave the laundromat for a full hour.
