The owner was so kind to me on my first visit. When I came to pick up my dry cleaning and alteration, I arrived a few minutes after they closed. The owner saw me, turned his car around and came back to open up just for me. I'm telling you I'm going to repeat this story to everyone I know. He gained a loyal customer today. Thank you!
You should open at the time when you say you will open. Waited 10 minutes to drop off clothes but had to leave. They never opened in that timeframe. Many people need to be at work before eight and many people come home from work after six. You should ideally open at seven to give more time for people to live their lives as necessary withthis service. Waiting 10 minutes for you to open actually puts me about 25 minutes late for work Because of increasing traffic
