It’s pretty bad. They advertise a free neck trim between haircuts. But if you actually try to use it, they bring a five dollar charge on you despite advertising it as free.

When I entered the store it was freezing. Later another person came in and turned the air down colder and I said the air is blowing right on me in this chair and stylist Zai said “oh well, I’m hot because I’m working”. This is not how you keep customers.
