Consistent cut quality, excellent service with Elsa. Between 4-6pm wait time reduced M-F. The best way is to use "online to get in line", not quite a reservation but close.

I had an amazing scissor haircut by Sandra. However, as the haircut started I was asked if I wanted a shampoo, I asked if it was extra and told yes so I declined. I did ask to rinse my hair at the end. Again, it was a great haircut, after checking out I was looking at the receipt and paid for Triple Play which includes a massage shampoo and hot towel treatment. Two services I didn’t receive. I would still go back and get a scissor cut from SandraService: Haircut

Great service and very convenient. My nephew entered his name on the waiting list and waited only 20 minutes! Sandra was amazing! Very sweet and professional! Very highly recommended.
