Before I start off about the service that I experienced, let me start off with the great customer service that I had before I even went into the salon. I wanted to try builder gel, and I had never tried it before. I haven’t had my nails done in a very long time. I get really nervous, trying places because of certain up charges and people wanting to do shady type of business. I cannot say enough good things about Splend Nailworks. P and her team — Kimberly, Yaz, and Bella — are truly the sweetest. From the moment you walk in, the energy is calm, welcoming, and never rushed. I always feel so comfortable there.
What I love most is their commitment to a clean, modern, non-toxic experience. They use vegan-friendly, eco-conscious products — and they don’t use jets in their pedicure tubs, which makes everything feel so much more hygienic. It really is “guilt-free beauty,” just like they say.
And my nails? Always flawless. Consistently beautiful, clean, and exactly how I want them.
Splend Nail Works is truly a gem in Pearland, TX. From the moment my best friend and I walked in, we were treated with such care, kindness, and professionalism. Even though we arrived close to closing time (definitely recommend booking ahead!), the ladies still took us in and didn’t rush the process at all — they actually stayed an hour and a half after closing just to make sure we both left feeling loved and taken care of.
