When i tell you he is knowledgeable, he is. Bedside/office manner is top notch. Will answer and explain any and all questions. 100 percent pleased with my experience

We traveled from New Mexico to Houston to have Dr Francis replace 2 discs in my neck. It was 100% worth the drive.

To start, he was able to get me in for the initial consult in less than 3 weeks (a neurosurgeon in Lubbock couldn’t get me in for 4 months). The in office wait for the initial consult was long. But everything after that was excellent. Dr Francis showed me the problem, explained his recommendation, and answered all of my questions. When we came back for the surgery, there was an issue with my blood work orders. His office not only made sure that was smoothed over, we were given a direct line in case we had any further hiccups. In every way possible, they set my mind at ease.

Ten years ago, I was impressed with Dr Francis when he fused my husband’s neck. The care I received this week was as good, maybe even better. Traveling to Houston to have Dr Francis fix my neck was the absolute best call.

Awesome!!
I woke up the day after a lot of heavy work and could barely walk even with a cane. Had a mri and the primary scheduled me my 1st appointment with Dr Francis (only 3 days later).
Week 1
1st appointment was there about 1 hour (including the time they took for xrays). Left with a surgery date and instructions scheduled for the next week. (Laminectomy & disectomy)
He was very through in his exam and explained everything that needed to be done.
Week 2
Did the preoperative (was there about 1 hour)
The next morning, I had the surgery. I was on my way home later that afternoon.
Everyone at the hospital was very nice and helpful, The instructions given were crystal clear
The majority of the paperwork and forms were done online.
Staff communicates continually through phone, email, and text.
I had no problems dealing with billing or insurance.
Week 3
post op check.
Everything was wonderful. I was in the office for about 1 hour.
Pain was mostly gone, and I could walk without a walker or a cane.
Next up, a few weeks of physical therapy.

Dr Francis is very knowledgeable and thorough. He explains things crystal clear. He gets to the point and does not waste time.

The staff is very considerate, understanding, and helpful.

Would definitely recommend !!!
