Excellent shoe repair at a reasonable price. I’ve taken 5 pairs of high-end shoes to have heel caps put on and they went above and beyond by fixing scraped leather and cleaning my shoes. The service is super friendly and repairs are quick. This is absolutely my new go-to spot!

Excellent location for shoe and purse repair if you work downtown. They repaired three pairs of shoes for me, and one needed some serious cleaning. Lily asked if they could keep the dirty shoes a little longer and she cautioned me that they may not be able to make them perfect again. When I picked them up a week later, I was so pleasantly surprised at the great refurbishing and cleaning job! Lily is so pleasant and knowledgeable, and they did excellent work. Highly recommend!
