About a month ago, Ivan was referred to me by a friend. My A/C unit was over 20 years old and on its last leg. I initially used a major A/C company, who wanted to replace my outside unit, evaporator coil and furnace, for an astronomical amount of money. I contacted Ivan and he responded immediately.
