Two stars because the facials here are the best!! But terrible experience here with Lily who “did not have time” for my pre booked pedicure (I was 10 minutes early). No apology, and she was quick to cancel.

Amila is the Best!! Over the last 15yrs she is the only person I allow to touch my face. She gives the best skin recommendations. My face is even toned no blemishes and full of hydration.

Wonderful place to pamper yourself. I go here for special facials by Roxanna. Quit, peaceful and the service is exceptional! I visited the restraint on the third floor of Nordstrom. What a special treat, Jerell is a superb chef.

Spa facility might not be the most modern and chic, but the signature massage I got was great. Jorge's service from start to finish was impeccable.

The ladies here are so kind and talented. Roxanna has been doing my facials for years and I’m always thrilled with the results. She makes me feel so comfortable there. Lilly is so talented and caring she makes my nails look amazing!

The place has really gone downhill. Been coming here for 15 years off and on and they have not updated a chair, carpet or any rooms at all... the service has def. gone downhill. No wonder earlier you couldn't get an appt. unless you booked 2 days in advance, and now there are multiple available same day.On a recent trip, where I paid $185 for a 60 minute very mediocre massage, a 15% tip on the service got me glares from the receptionist with a comment, "Oh is this it?" It was a long time coming but yeah, they just lost all my future business.
