I pulled in hoping for a quick evaluation knowing my brakes/rotors were beyond bad. Derek was so welcoming and put my mind at ease. He had Angel come out to confirm what needed to be done and assure me I’d be driving out in a couple of hours. I added a coolant flush and I was back on the road in the time promised. The facility was clean and I’ll be back for my oil changeThe pics reflect what a new brake pad looks like and then mine ?

My recent visit to the Southwest Muffler & Brake was very positive. I went in for a complete catalytic converter replacement. I was very impressed with the techs that serviced my car to the manager and advisor. They explained the process / price point and created an overall trustworthy experience. I highly recommend this establishment?????

Nothing but great things to say. They fixed my muffler QUICK and for a great price. There was an error with the amount they charged on my card (didn't even notice) but they showed immense integrity and called to notify me of the error so they could fix it. Not a lot of people these days would honor that error or even be the ones to reach out to fix it! They have my business!
