Went in there for an alarm and Mr. Ali was very helpful. Customer service was on point. Informative and kind. Had to go back the next day and they finished the work and have a discount for having to go back. Spoke a bit, told me how he is retired but working to keep busy. Hope he gets to read this but the whole one on one conversation with a customer giving the time to just talk not selling anything was uplifting.
