I bought a Franklin Battery from Solstice Solar. I already owned solar panels from a different company, and that journey was a difficult one, especially after they were installed. So I researched many companies and felt that I was rather tough [perhaps demanding] in my conversations with Solstice to make sure I got the best price and ensure that I would not experience something like the last time. Solstice was always professional. Everyone that I interacted with was professional and very helpful. The contract aspect was very redundant to ensure I understood and that there was no misunderstandings through the process. Colby - the sales guy - was very thorough and helpful. Victor - the electrician and installer was amazing BK - he came to make sure everything was a good fit - very professional and heard and answered all my questions. Ashley - the office admin -- was always helpful and got back to me asap. As for as my Franklin2 battery - I am super pleased so far. - I need to switch to a NIGHT FREE plan to get the most out of this battery and give it 6 months through the summer months to see if my expectations are fulfilled. - In the 2 weeks that the battery has been running, I have had several days that I ran 100% on solar and the battery at night. With the NIGHTS FREE, I should be off the grid the majority of time. the exception would be multiple raining or cloudy days. - My battery recharges by about 2pm to 100%. - So, with my AC going and tempts about 70 outside, my battery will run my house for about 7 hours right now. With the NIGHTS FREE, this should be more than enough. This might be a little shy in Aug-Sept, during the hottest months, but as I said, I will not fully know for about 6 months.
