I had an awful experience with a hairstylist and her name was KATIE. The minute I sat in the chair she was not stop rolling her eyes at me and making me feel uncomfortable. Everything I said bothered her and she kept rolling her eyes at me when I moved my head and used an aggressive tone towards me. I was getting scared and nervous because she was being so mean to me that I thought she would hurt me so I didn’t say anything. Then she kept rolling her eyes so I asked her to please stop touching my hair and She literally threw the hair in my face and told someone else to finish cutting my hair. she made me cry and didn’t even apologize. I heard that this is not the the first time she does something like this. She was the rudest person I have ever met!!!!!!!! Please do not go with her!!!!!! She works in other locations too!

Carla did a great job on my hair. She's Columbian but don't be afraid of letting her do your black hair. I'm very pleased with my outcome. I got a relaxer and trim.

I was their last week with my son and asked for an edge trim with a buzz cut, and the after result was bad. She was nice and all but the edge was uneven, the hair was cut to a point where he had barely hair and worse was when she didn't cut the back of his head. Lucky for me I had caught it before I left but still, money wasted.Services: Balayage

The service is AWFUL I would never want anyone going to this salon to get their hair done, I walked out of there with botched bangs I didn’t want after I told them I didn’t want them, and as if that wasn’t enough they botched my overall haircut!! I asked for a simple trim on my short hair and she ended up cutting the right side of my hair shorter than the left! And the back looked untouched and longer than the rest of my hair, not to mention they weren’t so welcoming and took AN HOUR to give me a simple trim!!! I didn’t even have time to go shopping for groceries because the employees would rather talk instead of finishing your hairService: Haircut

Been twice now, friendly clean environment. Have had great service and great haircuts with up to date styles. The stylist takes her time to make sure you leave happy and really listens to you, as well puts in her suggestions. The cost is quite reasonable. Like that I can just walk in and come out with a great hair cut. Like this place.

Clean Tammy the Manager cut my hair & it's the BEST Haircut I've had since my Life Long Friend & Cosmetologist was forced into Early Retirement due to Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. Prices are DEFINITELY Reasonable!!! 5855 E Sam Houston Parkway & Wallisville Wal-Mart!!!
