The absolute best. Jay and his team(including Pete) are the epitome of professionalism. They've earned my business through honesty and integrity. They do what they say they're going to do when they say they're going to do it. I've been using them for years. I refer everyone to them and have never had a complaint. They have my business for life.
I have nothing but good things to say about smart air. Everyone helps me they are able to manage my system online when it’s shut off for some reason we’re not sure why I called them and online they were able to get it back on and within 30 minutes, my house became very comfortable again no problem at all. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Their online adjustment was covered under my annual plan and because it was Easter weekend I was so grateful that they could do it online and I did not have to worry about having to wait on someone to come and adjust my system. It’s a daikon and I could not be happier.
Pete was an amazing technician. He systematically got to the root cause of our system's noise issue. Will definitely keep Smart Air on our speed dial for future HVAC work. Thanks a bunch Pete!
