I have been at the Hilton Americas for a week of training. I decided to go up to the spa and I received the absolute best service ever! Yume is so sweet, gentle and personable. I hate I can’t become her regular customer. Go see Yume the next time you’re at the Hilton!

Skyline Spa did make some accommodations for us when we had an emergency and could not make it into town in time for our appointment. We were charged the full fee; however, when I reached out to see if anything could be done, the spa was able to compromise. I appreciate their effort to fix things and will give them a try again in the future.

Skyline Spa offers an extensive menu of luxurious body, facial and massage treatments. There are treatments just for him, such as the Gentleman's Facial and the Deep Tissue Massage as well as pampering services just for her, including the Signature Facial and the Luxe for Her package. Skyline's full-service salon features floor-to-ceiling windows with beautiful city views. The salon offers spa manicures, pedicures, gentle hair removal and various hair services. Locker rooms are closed to guests Mondays and Tuesdays.
