I had never had a facial, I always thought I had okay skin and took care of it well despite the trouble spots I had. Kaegan took AMAZING care of me, she educated me on every step of the process. My skin literally changed overnight and I left with great product recommendations I can keep up with in my regular routine. I have a much better understanding of my skin and what it needs. Those trouble spots are no longer an issue and I feel silly for waiting to long to actually get to the root of it. Highly recommend - especially for first timers!
