I highly recommend this shop! They managed to remove stains from my shoes that I thought were permanent. The service was incredibly efficient, and the staff were absolutely delightful. I couldn't be more pleased!
If there were 10 stars I would give it! I brought in an old pair of Chanel ballet flats (tan leather with black patent toe cap) that looked like I should toss, but Barry was not only able to bring them back to life, he somehow made them look brand new. I couldn’t be happier. I have been going to Shoe Savers and working with Barry and Ellen for years, and it’s always been 5 star, but this was beyond. They do excellent work on your investment shoes/handbags. Highly recommend!
I was referred to Shoe Savers by my favorite boutique, More Than You Can Imagine. They did not steer me wrong. Pricey, but expert work. (I had another cobbler work on a similar pair of shoes...they were cheaper and the work showed) They rebuilt my Hermes sandals and took extra pride in the craftsmanship, communicating with me throughout the process. I am very satisfied with the work.
