Jason the owner is a straight shooter and a professional craftsman. The intriguing assortment of specialized machinery and trade tools in the shop bears witness to the heritage of his craft. He resoled some hiking boots for me and they were improved better than new. He has deep knowledge of his trade and a deft touch. I support small business when the quality is good, or in this case, excellent. We need more capable service businesses of this caliber.

Jacob took care of my boots, as we reminisced of the ol’ Alamo Gun Shop next door where I was privileged to have worked for years. We talked about Armond Sanchez, Junior, Andy, the shoe shop, comic book store, etc.All in all, this was a look back in time, with a A+ ,5 Star quality shop.Thank you again for your thoughtfulness, and phenomenal experience.

My husband took his boot to be repaired and explained what he needed. The attendant was very helpful and listened to my husband and also asked questions and then said he had to get another suggestion. He came back and said what would be done and the charge and my husband agreed and was satisfied. They asked for a deposit to get the work started and gave him the day when he could pick up him boots. He was completely satisfied with the service he was given.
