Please retrain that man who does the blood draws… he wiped my injection site in a zigzag motion any kind of direction, he scratched me when he removed the needle from my arm and then he asked me to bend my arm to hold the cotton ball in place instead of my hand 😒

The clinic is good. But during the visit morning the front desk lady bulk with glasses have poor patient service, she’s always looking like she’s having a bad day, rude. She needs more training of respecting patients.

Otherwise I never have problem with this clinic that I’ve been 5 years.

I cannot brag enough about this team of women who carried me through a full term 40 week pregnancy. They are caring and such a supportive team. I would choose them a million times again. Nurses were also wonderful. Thankyou Ariel ! You're the best -Emily! Baby girl is absolutely thriving and beautiful!
