I called to ask a question about an huge tree trunk that I want to use as custom furniture. On this call, I learned more about turning the wood into a custom piece of furniture, than I did searching YouTube for an hour. This guy should have his own radio show about wood work, custom furniture, and cabinets. He was incredibly knowledgeable and willing to help. What I learned is that I need to take this piece to a kiln for drying so that I can turn it into the heirloom piece I want.
